By accessing or using SmallBob, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
SmallBob is an AI-powered platform that provides real-time guidance for physical tasks such as cooking and home repairs through camera vision, voice interaction, and generated visual references.
You must create an account to use SmallBob. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
SmallBob offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Free accounts are limited to 3 sessions per day. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer the AI models, using the service for illegal activities, interfering with other users' access, or circumventing usage limits.
SmallBob provides AI-generated guidance and images. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors. You acknowledge that AI-generated guidance is for informational purposes and should not replace professional advice, particularly for tasks involving safety risks (e.g., electrical work, gas appliances).
The SmallBob service, including its AI models, design, and content, is owned by SmallBob and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create during sessions.
SmallBob is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including any injuries or property damage resulting from following AI-generated guidance. You use the service at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
