We also collect usage data including session recordings, camera interactions, and voice inputs during active sessions. Device information such as browser type, operating system, and IP address may also be collected automatically.
We use your information to provide and improve the SmallBob service, including delivering real-time AI guidance, generating visual references, processing voice interactions, and maintaining your session history. We may also use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our AI models and service quality.
Camera feeds are processed in real time to provide contextual guidance and are not stored after your session ends unless you explicitly save a session. Voice inputs are transcribed to text for processing and are not retained beyond the active session. Generated images and session summaries are stored in your account history.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with third-party service providers who help us operate the service (e.g., cloud hosting, AI processing, payment processing). These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
